Apply CND Shellac Base Coat. Cure. On the right side of the nail, apply two layers of CND Shellac Black Pool, curing after each layer.
On the left side of the nail, apply two layers of CND Shellac Asphalt, curing after each layer.
Place six black rhinestones vertically along the center of the nail. Apply CND Shellac Top Coat. Cure. Cleanse.
