Apply blue acrylic paint to the nail.
Use yellow acrylic paint and a dotter to draw three oval shapes. Use black acrylic paint and a striper brush to create a zebra design inside of the ovals.
Use white acrylic paint and a dotter to add white dots. Apply multi-color glitter over the entire nail.
